Gin Fizz
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz of Gin
- 1 oz of Lemon Juice
- 0.25 oz of Simple Syrup
- 1 splash of Soda Water
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients with ice except soda water
- Strain into a thin tall tumbler glass
- Top with a splash soda water
- Garnish with lemon slice, optional lemon zest
