John Collins
Also called a Tom Collin's when served with Old Tom gin.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz of Gin
- 1 oz of Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz of Simple Syrup
- 2 oz of Soda Water
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients directly into highball filled with ice
- Stir gently
- Garnish with lemon slice and maraschino cherry
