Ingredients
- 1.5 oz of Bourbon
- 1 oz of Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz of Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz of Egg White
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice
- Shake well (egg white is optional if included shake hard to release and incorporate the foam from the egg white)
- Strain into cobbler glass or serve “on the rocks” in an old fashioned glass with ice
- Garnish with half orange slice and maraschino cherry, optionally use orange zest
